I recently bought a brand new bottle and I can not get the lid off. I know you push down and twist. I've tried and my husband has tried. This is by far my favorite eye and lip makeup remover. It never fails! Ive been using it for years.

I have used this for years, I love this product. Removes mascara easily, it does leave a little bit of a greasy residue, but at least I don't feel like I'm drying out my eyelashes. The bottle lasts a long time.
