For the bath: Dispense the desired amount under running bath water.
For the body: Apply over entire body and massage into skin after bathing or as needed daily.

Good Oil, Cheap Smelling Scent
It may just be due to personal preference, but the oil smells far too artificial and sweet to me compared to other Hempz products. However I would definitely buy it again in a different scent!

Sweet smelling Body Oil
I really like this Hempz body oil, the scent is nice and it isn't a heavy sticky oil, but a nice light one, that sinks right into the skin and keeps it soft and nice. The sweet pineapple honey Melon scent is yum but not over powering. I have been in the habit of doing oil, a body serum, and then moisturizer. I still have some dry issues (one elbow... just one. one stupid elbow that is always dry. no matter what.) but without what I do I would just be a giant skin peel 24/7. I also got the body spray to match this and it compliments it very well and keeps the scent going.
