Step 1 - To use as a makeup remover, apply to a cotton pad and wipe gently over the face and eyes.
Step 2 - To use as a daily cleanser, massage a coin-sized amount into dry skin and rinse off with warm water.

I'm a 1st time shopper of Elemis.I was excited to try this product .Much to my surprise my jar wasn't filled up and missing product in the jar.What a disappointment this was.Im not impressed. I paid for product not a jar of air.I hope the company will resolve the situation.

This is by far the best. It doesn't leave my skin dry, it removes my makeup. I didn't know they made a 200ml! I know it's pricey, but it lasts a long time since you don't need a lot. I try to watch out for sales as well.

I initially received a sample of this glow cleanser and it's amazing! I love how soft it makes my skin. I also love the light scent. The reason I am giving this product only two stars is because my full size jar was half empty. I am so bummed as I was really looking forward to this product. I'm not quite sure if it's a manufacturing issue or if this is how they all come however the first thing I noticed was the middle of my jar looking almost empty.

I received a small tube of the cleansing butter in a gift set. I love it, it works so well and leaves my face soft and clean. I want to purchase more, but don't want a clumsy jar that I need to scoop out of. The tube is more sanitary, and travels well. Please consider offering this in a tube so I can use it away from home.
