Like the supplement, Customer Service non-existent

I like this supplement. It's has simple, effective ingredients. I like that it contains no B vitamins which can cause acne on my skin. I find the price point to be high especially considering the Customer Service is non-existent. I have had a subscription for about a year now and the issue I seem... to have is with my subscription shipment. I have it set to be shipped out the 1st of the month but it never gets here the same time monthly. For example, my most recent issue is I got December's shipment on the 14th. Which is mid-month and meant I had already ran out. What is the point of a subscription if I get it late? When I wrote them to inquire (because you can't call), I got zero response. They simply ignore messages, and don't value Subscription Customers. Yet, they promptly charge me every 1st of the month, even when they have not shipped the item. Also, the first shipment comes in a glass bottle, thereafter it comes in packets that you refill your original bottle with. This is another reason I think the price point should be lower. Basically, they use shipment methods that take an exorbitant time to deliver subscriptions, they mail out paper packets of the vitamins so their cost is lower, they have no customer service, and have simple ingredients - so what am I paying $54 a month for? Although as I said I like the supplement, if it does not arrive the same time every month and I feel that defeats the purpose of a subscription, and since I can't inquire about problems I'll have to look for a replacement elsewhere. Because these things should be easy.
