Love this!
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I've been using Murad's Superactive Moisturizer SPF 50 with Vitamin C for a little over two weeks now, and I'm honestly loving it. My skin usually gets along really well with vitamin C, and this product was no exception—it absorbed beautifu...

Mixed review
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I recently tried the Murad Superactive Moisturizer with SPF 50, and while it has some really nice qualities, my experience ended up being a bit of a mixed bag. First off, the product applies smoothly and feels rich on the skin, though it's ...

Deeply disappointing for this price
How on earth would 97% would recommend this product?! It leaves a white film that takes a long time to rub in, and does not go well under makeup. Furthermore it does not really seem to be effective -- my skin looked redder and like it got sun exposure when I put this on and spend an afternoon outdoors, even though I was wearing a hat. It also doesn't feel good, doesn't feel like it truly absorbs. The only nice thing I have to say about it is that it smells good. I wanted to give this a chance since I usually like the Murad line, but I'd be returning this if I hadn't already used so much of it trying to like it. Go back to the drawing board on this one, Murad. Never buying again and do NOT recommend it. You can get a facial sunscreen for 1/5 of the price that is so much better.
Skeptical, but I came around to it
I'd used the previous formula for years, which I liked for its light, sheer quality, providing some moisturizing and spf. At first I did not care for this heavier, thicker formula but stuck with it. Years ago my skin was oily and I probably would not have kept buying it back then, but my skin has dried out somewhat with age and now it's basically 'normal' with a little combination going on so I've grown into this product. It blends easily and while i rarely use any kind of foundation, I do use some concealer and occasionally cream or powder bronzer or blush and it works well with that. I have used Murad products for years and i regularly get compliments about my skin. So something is working!
New formula?
Used before and i had a small bottle with a little left in it. I purchased a new bottle for vacation and it left me with such severe contact dermatitis on my face and neck i am now on a predisone taper
Hives and raw skin
I'm really upset because this felt so nice at first, but by day 5 my face was covered in little bumps, my skin felt raw, and my neck was red. I had a simialr reaction (though this was less severe) to the Ordinary sunscreen. Be warned! I dont have sensitive skin ag all.
Great product!
Doesn't smell like other sunscreens I've tried. Absorbs quickly. Works great under my skin tint. I have sensitive skin and this doesn't make me break out with dermatitis. I would highly recommend.
