I was so excited to buy this and even more excited that it came in metal packaging. However, the next day I learned fresh isn't cruelty free or vegan! I put this on at night before sleeping and it has really helped my chapped lips! Much more effective than any lotion I have tried! I'm a convert!
Favorite lip balm
I will use this balm and scrape the last bit out with my pinkie because it's that good.. and I'm a lip product junkie.. it has been a lifesaver keeping chapped lips away during this horrible winter
I would not call this therapy..
this lip balm is occlusive, if you're lips are already in good shape it'll lay down a protective layer. however, I experienced no softening, no healing, no reparation. I have lip glosses that are better at healing than this (hera, Sally Hansen) huge waste of money. would not recommend. 2 stars because- hey, at lest it didn't do damage. also the scent is very much like cleaning supplies.

I love this stuff! I thought it was too expensive since I have used chap stick my whole life but once I tried it there was no going back! It lasts so much longer and really moisturizes!

If I could give FRESH zero stars I would. I never received my order because it was damaged and sent back to the sender. Customer service was useless and never resolved the issue. I don't get my money back or a replacement. I will NEVER order from here again and I encourage you to look elsewhere too. Completely disappointed.
