Softening shine hair oil

I'm not that big of a fan of the weak coconut scent so minus a star there. I also took off another star because even though it does do a good job softening the hair and making it shiny I notice my ends still feel a little crunchy. I do bleach my hair so I'll take the shine and softening I did get, b...

**Kristin Ess Subtle Shine Softening Oil Review** I've recently incorporated the Kristin Ess Subtle Shine Softening Oil into my haircare routine, and it has quickly become a must-have product for me. Here's why: **Performance:** This oil delivers on its promise of adding subtle shine and softness to the hair. After just a few uses, I noticed a significant improvement in the texture of my hair. It feels smoother, softer, and looks much healthier. The shine is natural and not greasy, giving my hair a polished and vibrant appearance. **Application:** The oil is lightweight and easy to apply. A little goes a long way, which makes the product last longer. I use just a few drops on damp hair before styling, and it absorbs quickly without leaving any residue. It's also great for taming frizz and flyaways on dry hair. **Scent:** The fragrance is light and pleasant, not overpowering. It leaves my hair smelling fresh and clean, which is a nice bonus. The scent doesn't clash with other hair products I use, which is important for maintaining a harmonious scent profile. **Packaging:** The packaging is sleek and functional. The bottle is easy to handle, and the dropper allows for precise application, ensuring that you don't accidentally use too much product. The design also looks great on my vanity. **Ingredients:** I appreciate that Kristin Ess products are formulated with quality ingredients. This oil is free of harmful chemicals and is cruelty-free, aligning with my preference for ethical beauty products. It's suitable for all hair types, including color-treated hair, which adds to its versatility. **Overall Experience:** My overall experience with the Kristin Ess Subtle Shine Softening Oil has been excellent. It delivers exactly what it promises: subtle shine, softness, and improved hair manageability. It's a great finishing touch to my haircare routine, and I love the healthy, radiant look it gives my hair. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to add a touch of luxury and effectiveness to their haircare regimen. It's a game-changer for achieving soft, shiny, and beautifully manageable hair.

This formula left me feeling similarly disappointed as their "lightweight" conditioner. The packaging was the only part of this softening oil that I slightly enjoyed. Same as the conditioner, this formula even after minimal application of the product completely ruined my freshly washed hair leaving major trauma signs of oil and grease. I was so frustrated that I had to then use dry shampoo and wear my hair in a bun. There are too many superior products do not waste your money here.

Honestly? I was so excited about this product bc my hair is so dry and I desperately needed a new serum. I am a super fan of Biosilk so I thought this would be similar. I. WAS. MISTAKEN!! it was so thin it felt like water. and while we feeling thin, it left my hair feeling oily. Not a fan!!

The oil product didn't work well in my thin hair. My scalp and hair gets oily pretty quickly so I have to stray away from oil products. Using them makes my hair greasy and dirtier looking unfortunately.

It smells great, very light weight and keeps my extensions looking shiney! It works through my oils and dry shampoo build up as well. The packaging is sleek and gorgeous and it's a nice price point!
