Great hold but doesn't weigh hair down!
This is the perfect gel for if you want definition and volume. I've always used gel that defined my curls but would weigh my hair down and dry it out. This does the opposite keeps it moisturized and defined. I used it with the leave in and styling cream. Definitely get it I have 3c hair for reference

The product is good for about 12 hours. After that it flakes so bad. I've tried it multiple times to give it a chance but once it dries, hard flakes from the product fall everywhere

This gel knows how TO sleek down but it litterly BREAKS UR HAIR OFF AND HARDENS … its pricy n not worth the price so i u have straight hair do not use .

Hair Type Very Curly Hair
I have 3B/3C curls with characteristics of: low porosity, fine strands, and low density. Last time my hair was colored was about a year and a half ago and I dont use any heat besides the occasional use of a diffuser for drying. I got travel sizes of both this gel and the regular curl gel, while I do like the regular curl gel, I prefer the strong hold gel as it gives more hold and definition than the other gel which tends to give me a more "bouncy" and "carefree" look. All strong hold gels I have used before either weighed my hair down no matter how much I diluted with water, flaked on me, or made my hair "stringy". This gel gives my hair great definition and AMAZING shine like no other product has given my hair before all while still letting my hair have volume!! Also, it smells soooooo good; I tend to get headaches/migraines from strong scents and this is mild enough for me to use and enjoy without being overwhelmed by the smell. I dont have any pics past day 1 hair but it does make my hair hold up nicely! I wash my hair every other day sometimes every 3 days though on day 3 my hair is usually a hot mess so I usually have it in a brain or bun on day 3. I dont think this would give hold for more than 3 days but again, I use this product diluted with water so perhaps it can give more than 3 days hold? It does leave a cast but it is easy to scrunch out and most of the time I do use this gel, I scrunch out gently without oil because thats how moisturizing this gel feels. I scrunch really gently to not cause unnecessary frizz.
