While the light/medium color palette was right for my fair skin, I didn't feel it had enough pigmentation. The highlight was also not nearly as shimmery or shiny as I prefer. This is definitely a formula that NEEDS well-hydrated skin + primer to perform its best. I would try it again as it wasn't a bad product but there are dozens of better contour palettes available. I received this product for free from Smashbox for testing and review purposes.
