Shake well. Starting at your eye's inner corner, trace your lash line, sticking as close to your lashes as possible. Build using small, gradual strokes. Remove with an oil-based cleanser.

Not very opaque or long lasting!
I'm not an expert at eyeliner, but I do have hooded eyelids and prefer a very thin line. This eyeliner has a felt tip that should be precise and easy to use, but the formula is the problem. The best eyeliner ever. I have been using this product for a very long time and I have no complaints. I have oily eyelids so using eyeliner for hours has always been an struggle. Thanks to this product and the eye primer, don't have to worry for any of that.

Very disappointed. I've used Milani Stay Put Infinite Liner for years and this doesn't even come close. Actually just the other day a friend commented how my eye liner always looks so good and I sent her the link to the Stay Put Infinite Liner. I wanted her to make sure to get what is the best one and not the Stay Put Tank which I actually threw out.
Love Milani, but not this eyeliner.
I bought this since I love Milani eyeliners, and my store was out of the kind I typically use. As someone who had hooded eyelids, works outdoors, and is usually running, this has really only held up for 2 hours in my normal working conditions.
