Great!

It seems like so many makeup companies have stopped making potted gel liner which is so sad because it's my favorite kind! I'm so glad I found this product- I do wish it came in navy as well. I have both brown and black and both products apply smoothly, last over 12 hrs (with primer), and are pigmen...

Cracked and Dried Out

This gel pot liner used to be a legendary budget option, but today's formula is dry and barely usable. It worked the first use, but it was mediocre. I used a very fine eyeliner brush, and the formula skipped and crumbled. I wanted to try tightlining, but I could not with it. The next time I opened i...

Works well and stays put!

Bought this on a whim and I'm pleasantly surprised! I use it to line my upper lid with a wing and it stays put with minimal eyelid creasing.

Dry in Two Weeks

Should have listen to the reviews, I had to throw it away because it dried in less than two weeks if not sooner. I was really disappointed but thought you get what you pay. I will spend a little more to get better quality next time.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Just received this today and it was a dried out little hockey puck. Unless theres something I dont know about. I bought this to start practicing using the gel pots. It isn't worth it to return it and pay the shipping.

Received it and it is dry and sticks. Have yet to receive a response for a return. Won't be using the company at all anymore. Too difficult.

Only Affordable Option

I've been using gel and cream eyeliner pots for over a decade, as I find them the easiest way to make my wing liner. Over the years, my options have dwindled, Essence even discontinued their first offering at one point, but brought these back as a replacement later. They aren't perfect, they do dry out fast, but I've always had work arounds to make them last longer (which I've also always had to do with the prestige brands as well). When they start to get dry, I'll add two drops of a facial oil and two drops of a liquid makeup thinner. With a thorough mix on the section of the liner, it comes back to life pliable and opaque. In a perfect world, I wouldn't have to do this, but I've had to do it with literally every liner brand (Colourpop, Trixie Cosmetics, MAC, etc.) so I do think it's just the nature of the product category itself. Up to you if it's worth it, for the price, I'll continue to buy. Packaging would be improved by shrink wrapping it for the shelf, the tape isn't enough to keep it safe from prying fingers...
