Will this product help with redness around the eyes since it is cooling? I'm not sure if it is allergies or what is going on but instead of dark circles I have redness top and bottom of my eyes! Help!

Tingling Sensation Woke Me Up Immediately!
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] When I say this was quick, I mean it felt like I had fresh mint laying on my eyelids and a slight tingly sensation, haha! This little stick of eye coffee (that what I'm calling it) is amazing. I applied it, and it definitely felt cool to the touch. I just did a few back and forth swipes (2-3 swipes) and within a minute or two I felt the tingle! I've been using it every morning since receiving it, so this is definitely part of my morning routine now!
