For intense liner, apply with angled or pointed eyeliner brush. For intense shadow apply with eyeshadow brush, or with a smudge brush underneath the waterline.

I was looking for a nice opaque black liner and was wanting to switch back to gel liners from liquid, so I thought I'd give this a try since it wasn't very expensive. I couldn't even try to use it.
I tried to use a swatch of it on the back of my hand before actually using it and I'm really glad I did. It crumbled against the back of my hand, I tried to add some drops to make it easier to use but it ended up just making it opaque. Went in the trash before I even tried to use it, don't waste your money.
Applies nice, but smudges
smudges horribly. wouldn't recommend. It goes on nicely so I had high hope, but it smudges. I'm going to try setting it with a black eyeshadow and see.
