Shake well. Hold can 8-10" and apply to damp hair on mid-lengths/ends and brush through. Blow-dry in sections for optimal smoothing. Style with heat tool if desired. As a finisher: Spray from mid-lengths to ends for a polished finish.
Extremely flammable aerosol contents under pressure. May burst if heated. Avoid spraying in eyes. Do not place in hot water or near radiators, stoves, or other sources of heat. Do not use in presence of open flame, spark, or other ignition sources. No smoking. Do not puncture, burn, or incinerate container, even after use. Do not store at temperatures over 120 degrees F (50 degrees C) or in direct sunlight. Use only as directed. Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling contents can be harmful or fatal. Use in well-ventilated places. Keep out of reach of children. Only recycle when fully emptied. First aid treatment: In case of eye contact, flush thoroughly with water. If irritation persists, consult a physician.

For the girls with frizzy hair
I can't say that this product was the worst one I have tried on my frizzy hair, but it definitely wasn't the best. It seemed meager in effect. I followed the directions and spritzed it on my damp hair. Ultimately, my frizzy hair remained untamed. It's not my favorite product overall.

I paired this with the Kenra volumizing shampoo, and I feel like with the two of them my hair was extremely soft. I get especially dry hair in the winter time and I did not have that effect when I used this. I don't think it's designed for curly hair. The way the other conditioners are, but I didn't see too much loss of curl while using it.
