I have STRUGGLED with ingrowns forever! & not just regular ingrowns more like hair just stuck under my skin. No bumps, just skin.! This treatment has been the ONLY thing that helped me clear my bikini line & the best part is the instructions say to use daily however I don't need to! 10/10 would highly recommend
I want to cry
Legitimately want to cry writing this. I bought this a day and a half ago… I finally found something that works. I'm extremely prone to ingrowns no matter the method (waxing still gives me them) - maybe from the fact I have very curly hair and a lot of it, but I want none. I've tried various brands and even multiple products per brand to no avail - based on socia media, waxer, friends, associates. I kept getting these ads on tiktok and went "there's no way". I was in Ulta with my sister and this was the last one on the shelf… "Okay, might as well, I've tried everything and maybe its a sign". This is the clearest it has EVER looked. not perfect — tiny faded red spots still but omg I am not embarassed. It applies very wet and takes a bit to dry but honestly, this is magic. It also has a cooling sensation which I don't love but is fine. I am now so scared of this ever being discontinued. This has never happened.

Never received the item
I ordered this item, never recived it. It was missing from my package. Customer service said it was sent (obviously not since it was not in the box) and there is nothing they can do about it.
