Why can't this be used on face? Looks like a dream face cleanser but specifically says not to use on face in the Ulta description.

I do not recommend to anyone with dry skin. I thought it being an "oil" based wash my skin would be happy but it wasn't if anything it made it worse. Smell was ok nothing great. Also, the price isn't worth it for me.
