When I squeezed them while they were still in the package in store I immediately thought they feel exactly like the real techniques one. If you tend to be quite rough with your sponges and go through them quickly and you like the real techniques one then I strongly recommend this! It's an awesome value for two sponges and as you wet them they do expand like the other ones so even if the package says they are "small" it's still pretty regular-sized after they expand. They blend out foundation, concealer, correctors, and even apply powder amazingly, just like the real techniques one. Don't be taken aback if you have tried the large super blender and didn't like it because even though I've never tried the large one, when I squeezed it it is definitely much more stiff than these little guys. These have different textures than the big ones and works exactly like the real techniques one. The shape also makes the hold very comfortable!
I use this sponge daily to help apply my BB cream and liquid foundation. I use a Jane Iredale foundation that comes with minerals in a liquid aloe solution. Traditional brushes do not mixed the minerals and aloe well enough. My expensive sponge was beginning to wear out. I decided to try this Ulta brand. The sponge is very stiff and doesn't maneuver easily. The sponge spreads evenly but also soaks up products quickly causing me to use more than usual. The sponge stains extremely fast, even with daily washing.

they blend but they're kinda of stiff no matter how much water you give them. Size wise they're okay but not too much of a difference than when using a regular blender

I bought these to use under my eyes for concealer but the pointy end is not small enough for my eyes. Also I soaked these with water but they never softened up. Very stiff which is kind of odd.

Works great. I use it for concealer.

Easy to use especially with concealer under my eyes. Love using it for getting specific places like nose or under eye better than my regular size beauty blender.
Caro from VA

This is the first time I have used this size of blenders and I am in love with them. I used brushes before and was suggested to use these. Will continue using these.

I bought these expecting them to be soft and good for blending, since well, they're called blenders after all. However, I was quickly disappointing upon opening the product. The sponges are hard and stiff. The product doesn't apply well or evenly when using this. It doesn't absorb much product at least. Just way too firm and does not do the job well.

I use to blend concealer and eyeshadow!

Easy to blend my concealer around eyes and nose.

I use these dry for blending my concealer. I first tried the mini beauty blender brand sponges, and found them way to soft for my liking. I don't know why I didn't wet these when I first tried them... but I didn't. And, they work soooo good dry, that I've never looked back! I'm ordering a bunch of these, since they're on sale!

I thought it would be really good for liquid highlighter and other liquid face products, but the fact that it was hard and very difficult to clean, I had to drop 3 stars. I recommend just saving up for the real technique beauty sponges. These work, but they are cheap. Mine literally tore while I cleaning it.

Didn't like these at all. Very stiff and difficult to apply makeup with

The sponge is really stiff even after wetting so it kind of hurts to use around the eyes. It takes all the product off my face and I end up having to put a bunch more on. I'll just stick to the real technique sponges.

Was pleasantly surprised how big it got once wet. Easy to hold and use. Very soft but does not tear.

luv it

The sponge left flecks of the material on my face with each use after gently dabbing concealer.

This blender works great! I use it to apply liquid foundation, but it can be used for many other products too. It's easy to hold and helps evenly apply the foundation.

Use it to blend my under eye concealer and redness suppressing concealer. I wash these weekly and replace monthly.

I love these little convenient beauty blenders! I spray my rose water on them use these for either my concealer or around my nose. I have both sides of my nose pierced and I have eyelash extensions so it can be really hard applied foundation around my nose area but these work like a charm! 😍

Soon as I took it out of the bag and got it wet it wasn't even a "sponge" it didn't absorb water well and when I went to ring it out to get the water out, it broke in half
