How can I get the stick out of the cylinder? There is nothing to turn to roll it out. The bottom is not movable.

how do you get the wax to come up to the top?

This product does nothing it claims to do. It weighs down my hair and makes it greasy. Plus, it stinks! (I applied it to some of my bangs and edges where my baby hairs are flying everywhere…I have thick and heavy hair)

The wax stick did hold decently well for my fine hair. I get alot of flyaways and frizz sometimes, especially im humidity or right before wash day. The one thing i cant stand and i will be returning it for was the smell. It was a very overpowering floral scent that i just couldnt escape all day. If you like florals, its for you.

I us3 this product daily. It really smooths back my fly aways. I do wish that it was scent free. The perfume smells is avid much. It's a cute packaging.
