It was the brush my mature skin needed. I can't explain it, but to lightly brush on my finished make up is the finishing touch to my make up. I lightly cover my face with loose powder and it sets just right, not too much and not too light. The quality of the brush is perfect in size and usefulness. Love the cute pink color of the brush as well.

I bought this improved fan brush to use with the ReDimension Hydra Dew Luminizer. The long bristles are a bit too floppy to pick up much pigment, even on a brand new pan, but that does allow for a careful, layered application to provide a more natural finish. If I want hyper bling, I'll use the RMS Blush Brush. This fan brush works very well with the super pigmented French Rose blush. I also use it as a finishing brush, sweeping my facial hairs downward after I blot UnPowder onto my skin. If your Hydra* pigments begin feel a little hardpanned, which can happen given we are often using these brushes to apply the gel-powders to dewy skin, press a strip of Scotch tape to the pan's surface, gently peel away, and the powder will be easier to lift. I find when I do that, this fan brush performs better.
