I love this product. I put it on every night before I go to bed and it goes on very soft and moist. When I wake up in the morning, my lips feel replenished and not at all cracked and dry. I will continue to buy this product when I run out.

SO CHEAP

I ordered (to my regret) a few items from L'Occitane. The shea butter lip balm stick is horrible and placed in the cheapest plastic container!! When applying the balm stick, the balm stick does not stay up! It falls down into the container. So over priced... you can buy this at your local retail store for a dollar. I am so unimpressed and disappointed with all L'Occitane products that I purchased. I will never purchase another L'Occitane item again!! Fool me once...

I expected something far better for the price. Frankly, the packaging is flimsy, the balm itself feels like it's going to fall out of the tube, and while it works ok, it's not measurably better than any over the counter brand you could buy in a drug store.

I really love this product, and use it every night at bedtime. However, I am giving it three stars because of the packaging which potentially wastes 30% of the product. I'm always disappointed by how quickly it runs out, so this time I decided to use one of the little spatulas that came with my face cream to dig out what was left. I was surprised to find fully 1.5 cm of product below the line, out of about 5cm all together! That's 30%! As convenient as the stick is, I would rather just have a little tub than have an applicator that wastes so much.

Until I purchased this lip balm stick, regardless of which other product I used, my lips remained dry and the skin obviously cracked. With L'Occitane's lip balm used at bedtime and in the morning my lips are no longer dry and the skin is not cracked. I have only had a terrific result w/ this lip balm. I had no idea one could be this good.
