Hairspray can will not spray.
I bought two cans of Sebastian Shaper several months ago and neither would spray. I kept them, looked up ways to make it spray (putting spray nozzle in hot water). Didnt work. Nozzle constantly clogs/will not spray properly
I have used Sebastion Shaper hairspray for YEARS. Unfortunately, I will need to find a new hairspray. Not sure if it was a formula change or just the packaging, but now the nozzle constantly clogs. I try to rinse it under running warm water, but only helps for a day or two. I have thrown away the last 2 cans when they were still almost full. Such a shame.

Save your money
The Ulta styling salon recommended this as a substitute for Redken 23 since it's not being made any more. Sebastian was terrible. There is absolutely no hold to it. After a couple hours my hair was hanging straight and had a dry feel to the touch it also smells terrible.
