Use the spoolie to tame unruly brows by brushing your brow hair into place. Draw a thin line along the upper and lower arch of your brow to set your shape. Using short, quick strokes, use the brow color to fill any gaps or sparse areas. Use the spoolie to brush and blend brow color for a natural look.
Precautions: If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
