Packaged poorly!
Was super excited to purchase this only for it to be packaged in a thin envelope.. The entire palette was destroyed.. I'm not sure which warehouse is sending this item out but it seems to be an ongoing issue. I wish pick up in store was an option.
Absolutely Destroyed on Arrival
I opened the package and the make up was everywhere! All over the other products I ordered as well. I didn't even get to open the packaging because it was so broken. I saw this on previous reviews and are they reshipping?
NO refills in 3 years

Bring back refills
Nice cool toned contours bit they meed to bring back the refills and mini shade and ligjt compacts to make this product more sustainable so we dont have keep repurchasing the big palettes or move to orher more affordable products
Fix packaging
I bought this after reading reviews and hopeful but the first package came with every single one being broken and unusable. Got a replacement for that one and its also broken and unusable. Get better packaging so people can actually use it.
