Not what I was expecting
I had high hopes for this eyeliner since I'm a fan of Tarte, but this was kind of a disappointing purchase. The eyeliner itself is pretty easy to apply and is great at making thin, precise lines. However, the pigment is not very bold, which was a letdown. I guess this might work for more natural daily looks, but the black is not as bold as i would have liked.
Terrible, watery, don't buy
I am so disappointed with this liquid liner. The product is watery, not opaque, almost a watery blackish gray. It doesn't dry, it runs and wipes off so easily. I bought 2 in a 50% off sale. I thought it might be a fluke, let me open the other one. Just as bad. What a waste of money.
It was okay - cap hurts hand

The cap to this is a pain to remove and put on.. The actual product worked okay for a few days, but then thinned out really fast.

The felt tip is too stiff for my taste. It makes it easy to control, but I feel like it dries out quickly during application. It makes it difficult to apply with precision when evening out eyes or fixing small errors. This eyeliner also wears off easily. If my eyes tear a little bit or I go to the gym, my eyeliner wings always rub off.
