I recommend only taking one the first few times you take it. I have not worked up to 2. One is plenty!!!! I definitely felt the difference in mood and the ability to control every mind thought. It was a little unsettling for me because I am so used to controlling everything. I am squirreling it away until needed! I gave it a 4 star in hopes to catch your attention to warn you about the strength of this stuff. I have recommended to others and I do like it!

The end of the year is so busy for me with work and social obligations and this helps me feel much more calm and grounded. I love having them in my purse before a big meeting or event.
