Nearly perfect
I love this in theory so please keep making it but… it took me about 20 minutes to actually open the nozzle because some of the pump pieces were stuck together. I had to get a screwdriver involved. And the pump isn't even that good. Then there was the smell… it's fragrance-free and I love that, and ...

Bad Odor
The pros seemed great, but when I opened the bottle to wash myself, the odor was strong. Amonia. Bleach. Harsh. It was so harsh that it burns my eyes and nostrils when I sniff it. I don't know if it was a recall bottle but I should sue for this.

Excellent gentle body wash for sensitive skin
I love this body wash! I have a problem with mast cell reactions and this is one of the few body washes i can use that doesnt give me hives. It is reliable and so gentle. It also does not dry out my skin even in cold northeast winters

Weird Ammonia Smell
I have been using this product for my daughter who has sensitive skin for a few months. All of a sudden it has started smelling like ammonia we have to throw out half a bottle.
