Suction gave out after 2 years

After the first year of use the suction started to fail every few weeks. Eventually it fell for the last time and broke. It was an extremely expensive item for it to start failing after a year of use. My soaps fell with it and got messed up. They wouldn't replace anything. I was given a 30% off code that did not work at check out. Bummer about this quality and customer service.

I absolutely love the shower caddy. I have purchased a couple body bar soaps, the purple shampoo and conditioner, the rice shampoo and conditioner, the volume shampoo and condition as well as the hair mask. My stylist has noticed it hair growth in my receding hair line. I cannot praise enough about your product. I also have the satin pillow case

I really like this caddy. It's not huge, which I like. It fits perfectly in my shower cubby. We have two cubbies in our shower, one for me and one for my husband. I bought 2 caddies for him and myself to use. I love the suction cup device on the back. It holds snugly against the shower wall to keep it in place from slipping out. I do have one suggestion though- I know it has open self draining shelves in it, but it would be nice for one of those to be a solid bottom so the bar wouldn't fall through the cracks when it gets small.
