Most Helpful Positive Review I will only buy dry bar for my hair now!!! This brush is absolutely amazing. I have NEVER successfully blow dried my hair my entire life until now. I swear by all the dry bar products and I will buy only these products from now on.
P.S the owner of drybar has videos on YouTube that are amazing. I used her products today and used her videos, and my hair has never looked better. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!
Most Helpful Critical Review Love it, but... I have long, thick, wavy hair. I blow out my hair when I wash it, every other day. I used another brand of round brush for years and my hair would often get stuck in the brush and pulled out. I love this Drybar Full Pint Brush because it gives my hair great volume and large curls, and my hair does not get caught in it. I wish I could give it 5 stars, however, I have MS and my hands aren't as strong as they used to be, and the handle on the Drybar brush is very slippery and not easy to turn, and it leaves the muscles in my hand sore after I dry my hair. Anyone with any degree of hand disability would find it difficult to hold onto this brush. I would guess that even people with normally functioning hands would find it difficult to hold onto this brush. Drybar should consider making the handle of their brushes easier to grip and turn.

The Drybar brush works great for me. I like the Double Pint size to smooth my shorter hair which has some natural wave in places. The solid piece construction of the handle is clever, no hair twisting in the seam and pulling out. Looks like a very quality made brush which is why I paid more for it.
This is absolutely the best round brush I have ever used! 5

Love this brush! My hair is fine but thick and wavy and I need to pull it out to remove the wave and stop it from sticking to my skull lol! Beautiful blowout every time!
Another great Drybar brush!! 5

I really love this round brush! It doesn't snag my crazy curly hair and it fits nicely in my hand. Definitely recommend!
Does what you want it to do 5

Great tool to add body to your hair with a blow dryer. I travel for work and don't have luggage room for my curling iron, but most hotels have hair blow dryers, so this works perfect for me! Great tool to dress up the hair for a date night, expensive but I will keep it for the next few years at least.
Good for ends of hair and lifting for volume 3
royal duty from nc
This brush really gripped the ends of my hair nicely while blow drying - better than Wet Brush. Don't use it for brushing hair on scalp - it hurts really bad. You can use it to grip and pull up hair away from scalp for volume around scalp but don't run the brush across your scalp.
Needs handle redesign 4
Kray from Philly
I have naturally curly hair that I straighten by blowing it out and this brush made my hair smoother and more bouncy than my last round brush. I want to love it but my hand hurts so badly from this super thin silicone handle. We need to be able to grip that baby to blow out our locks! Dry bar, redesign this handle!
Best brush ever! 5

This brush is easy to use, doesn't tangle and hair looks great when using brush to blow dry
The brush is a brillo pad. Beware tender heads! 1

One of the roughest brushes I have ever purchased. BEWARE TENDER HEADS
Not worth the price 2

The brush works great for its intent... but it is literally the most uncomfortable, slick handle I've ever had on a brush in my life. It slips from my hands constantly & there's zero cushion on the handle. If you have hardly any hair, doing a blowout with this may be fine. Longer hair: beware. Your hand will be aching.
The bristles are tough 2

Not my favorite round brush. The bristles are hard but I love how small it is
Handle needs to be thicker 3
Angela from Chicago, IL
This brush is near perfection, but the slim handle makes it hard to grip and use. I have been on the hunt for a round brush with a one piece design - most round brushes have details where the brush head meets the handle and they hair gets caught/snagged in between. As other reviews have pointed out, the handle is slim and it doesn't balance the weight of the brush head well. Since it's slim it's harder to grip and it also is a slippery material so you just can't grip it well.
Love this brush 5

I've bought so many brushes trying to replace my old one. Long thin hair. Bristles don't scratch me, brush grabs hair, reduces drying time, and is lighter than my last brush.
Love it, but... 2

Wanted to love it. :( 1
CM from Benton, AR
I wanted to love this brush. I thought I was upgrading and about to enjoy a smoother blow out. The brush does not have grips on the handle so it's difficult to manipulate and slips while turning. It doesn't grip the hair well enough to smooth it. After using it, my hair was frizzy and usually a round brush makes it so I don't need to add additional heat. This was super disappointing and will be returned tomorrow.

Best one ever 5

I love this brush. I have natural waves and I can make it straight or add more cures with this brush. Kind of pricey but worth it. I love that the bristles are short. It's much easier to use and doesn't tangle in your hair.
Love mine! 5

It's amazing what you can do with a good quality brush. I've been terrified to try a round brush due to tangles with my long hair but it flowed through my wet hair wonderfully when blow drying.
For hard to manage hair 5

Worth the money, I love this brush. It gets through the hair and adds volume/shine.
Fine & THICK HAIR saver 5
MP from Philly
I have a lot of hair. It's very fine. I section it off and this brush changed my blow drying game. I'd say it's more important than the blow dryer I use. I use my blow dryer on LOW speed & medium heat (but you could use higher heat if you want probably? the heat setting is a preference, but I think a low speed is necessary for fine hair or you'll have tangles).
My hair dries so fast now and no longer gets snagged on the brush I use, and I used a lot.
I saw people complaining about the bristles stabbing their scalps which initially made me hesitant about the brush but then in the end I figured, "well I'm probably not going to slap my head with the brush" and you know what, I haven't been attacking my head! So my advice is: Don't put the brush too close to your scalp. This brush isn't meant for your scalp like other soft brushes are. This one is meant for your hair.
Wonderful and worth it! 5

So happy with this brush. I am 55 with thinning hair.
A Little Rough 2
Elle from Arizona
The little bristles are a bit to rough for my hair. I have very fine hair but a lot of it and pulling it through it would catch on even the smallest tangle. It's too bad I love the colors.
Disappointed 2
Crystal A from Canton
I have thick, natural curly hair and this brush would not go through it wet or dry. I had to return it.
Totally worth it 5
Ais013 from Connecticut
I was looking for a new round brush since the one I had was too big and was skeptical of spending $36 on a brush. I thought any smaller brush would do. But this was worth it. Doing my hair has never been easier. I can see how this wouldn't really work with people who had thicker hair after reading the reviews. Hasn't been an issue for me since I have finer hair.
For double the price 3
Mia from St George
I love the way my hair looks shiny and has a little bit of added bounce however my stylist pointed out that I should look for a brush with a pin on the bottom ( such as Olivia garden brushes) it makes parting WET hair SO much easier! Not happy that this one is double the price with out a simple addition to make time while blow drying cut in half
