Start small and slow! During evening care, apply 1 to 2 drops to hand and tap with fingertips from inside out, let absorb. Limit initial use to three times per week; gradually increase frequency to every other night, use as tolerated. Have an 'adaption period' when using retinol
Week 1-2: Frequency : use only 2-3 times a week at night.
How to Use : After cleansing, at the moisturizer step, apply 1-2 drops to areas of concern. e.g. under eyes, mouth, forehead and neck.
Week 3: Frequency : may apply every other day at night
How to use : After cleansing, at the moisturizer step, may spread over the entire face.
The "building tolerance" phase can be shortened or extended depending on individual differences. Maintain this phase until no discomfort is experienced. Gradually increase frequency and areas of application.

i have a nervous habit of picking my face and have had a large dark spot for several monthe from one spot after just one use it was reduced by 70%. i respond well to these treatments but rarely that well. dont forget the sunscreen to keep the progress!
Visible results overnight
I needed to get back on retinol after almost 3 years due to being pregnant and nursing. This stuff is very gentle, it doesn't irritate my skin at all. I put a tiny drop on both cheeks, forehead, and chin which i believe it more than what it says to out and work that everywhere including my neck. I try to press more than rub. Let it dry a bit then follow with my night moisturizer. I use it every other night, alternating with another serum. But if i feel my skin is dull, i have a lot of dead skin or texture, the very next morning after using this i immediately notice a difference. I'm not saying it's curing all of my acne, darkmarks, texture overnight but in the morning i can see my face does look brighter, smoother, feels softer, and just looks more youthful. Throughout the day i can appreciate that. No one recommended this to me, i was looking for a retinol product that actually contains retinol- lol- and was not too pricey. I lucked out, i love this stuff.

I turned 30 and this is saving my skin!! My skin has been drying out from using other acne treatments, and this is the only thing that helps with acne and dry skin! even though it's an oil, it doesn't clog my pores!
Amazing retinol!
I started using this retinol abouth a month ago and I've already noticed more even skin texture and my skin is glowing. It's not harsh like some other retinols so it's good for sensitive skin. I do noticed the TINIEST amount of peeling if I don't moisturize enough but barely anything to complain about. Overall a great retinol for people beginnjng their retinol journey! :)
