Does it nees to be applied before serums like hyaluronic acid, vitamin C? Can moisturizer be applied after the Hero Rescue Balm?

BRING HER BACK
The new formula takes a former holy grail product and completely ruins each and every one of its good qualities. The old formula was thin, easy to blend, and highly pigmented; it would only oxidize very slightly when drying, which on my skin tone resulted in a very natural coverage for blemishes. ...

New formula is awful!
I have absolutely loved this product for years! It was one of the only products that gave great coverage for acne scars without making my sensitive skin breakout. However, this new formula is greasy, barely color corrects, and is incredibly thin. Bring back the old formula!!
New Formula 😫
I have been using this product for years! It was my every day product and they changed the formula and i was highly disappointed. Will have to find a new product.
New formula is not good
Please bring back the old formula. This new one turns my skin orange immediately. I loved this product for years!! What happened with this new formula??
Reformulation ruined this product
This was my base for my makeup since it came out. It blended beautifuly and covered all my redness perfectly. This new formula is trashy and doesnt cover ANYTHING. Just makes me look like a greaseball with redness. So dissapointed in Hero for changing this formula to something awful. Bring back the old formula!! Will be returning the new ones.
New formula is TERRIBLE!!!!
I have recommended this product for years on rosacea forums and it is my holy grail...however, this new formula is terrible! It is thinner and turns brown before it ever hits my face. It breaks me out also and the old formula did not. I am SO disappointed!
