Great for Weak Nails
I have very soft, flexible nails from overwashing my hands. This worked magic to harden them and stop them from peeling. In fact, the negative reviews kind of threw me, so with that in mind, I looked up the ingredients. They're primarily aimed at hardening the nail surface, but I would caution people from using it on compromised nails (ones who have been over buffed, for example) or applying to the skin. The ingredients in this are not intended for use on your cuticle, and it could make your nails worse if the nail is compromised. Use a cuticle oil on the skin, and for a compromised nail, keep it clean and dry to prevent infection.

BE WARY OF THIS PRODUCT!!
I purchased this product with high hopes and have been severely disappointed. I have weak, brittle nails post gel nails. I read the instructions and applied according to the directions. I did this for 3 days and had to stop due to the pain it has caused to my nails and ends if fingers.
Made my nails worse
I gave it a try since it seemed like most people liked it, but it pretty much immediately started making every issue that I bought it for noticeably worse. They still haven't recovered unfortunately. I knew that was a risk based on some of the other reviews, but is a shame.
