Whoa!! It Works
i'm a big CBD fan, but a lot of topicals rely on menthol and/or capsaicin.. the ingredients for plain ol' Icy Hot. this product uses a bit of peppermint which gives it a nice subtle cooling effect, but not too much. the rest of the work is done by anti-inflammatory ingredients such as hemp and ginger. i enjoy the hippie/earthy scent much more than other types of cbd creams. it does congeal a bit a the top when you first open it, i suggest using a sterilized spoon or perhaps a cotton swab to stir it around. then it's magic! i see others complain about clothes staining.. this could be from the oils. i let it dry completely before putting clothing over the spot i'm treating and haven't had that issue yet.

I made the highly questionable decision to take up running in my 40s and consequently have been dealing with sore muscles pretty often. I use this to rub my calves down and they definitely feel more relaxed afterward. It has a pleasant and unobtrusive scent, and I think I'm giving myself some Pavlovian training to chill out whenever I smell it. Recommended!

Nerve pain in my legs and feet, but no appreciable help found when using these products. I was hoping but was let down by my own high hope that some CBD products would make a difference. Oh, well, it's the norm in my experience.
