Cleanse and dry skin. Connect the controller and mask, press and hold the power button for 1-2 seconds to turn on the Brightening Mode, press the power button to switch modes and select the desired mode for care. Each mode lasts for 10 minutes or less. It is recommended to use no more than 40 minutes a day and no more than 6 days a week.

Awful awful awful. DO NOT BUY
On April 9, I purchased ReGlow 4-in-1 LED Light Therapy mask. The results of the mask weren't consistent with the price so I initiated a return yesterday April 22nd. I went back to Ulta today, April 23 to check on my return and they said the funds would go back to the original payment. The original payment was my credit card and two gift cards. I have yet to see the payment returned into my Chase account as pending, so I contacted headquarters and they said that they could only give me a gift card return of the full amount instead of giving me my cash back. I am reporting this company because they said I could return products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to the original payment method. DO NOT BUY. If you want to try it out buy it from a company that actually listens to their return policy. I will never buy a big purchase from Ulta again.
Relaxing
I've used a couple of times and saw a difference, especially in the "firm" setting. Now ive boosted my use to every nigjt. The results are great. A great way to end my day and prepare for rest.

The mask is great and comfortable my main annoyance is having to recharge the little box every use well maybe every other use. I wouldn't have so much of an issue with this if you were able to use the mask while it's charging but having to wait for the thing to charge every other day if you forget to plug it in gets annoying fast. That and the fact it only tells you when it's low on battery with a red blinking light rather than an actual battery gauge so you only know when it's too late.
