Cleanse and dry skin. Connect the controller and mask, press and hold the power button for 1-2 seconds to turn on the Brightening Mode, press the power button to switch modes and select the desired mode for care. Each mode lasts for 10 minutes or less. It is recommended to use no more than 40 minutes a day and no more than 6 days a week.

The mask is great and comfortable my main annoyance is having to recharge the little box every use well maybe every other use. I wouldn't have so much of an issue with this if you were able to use the mask while it's charging but having to wait for the thing to charge every other day if you forget to plug it in gets annoying fast. That and the fact it only tells you when it's low on battery with a red blinking light rather than an actual battery gauge so you only know when it's too late.
