Recommended for use at night. If applied in the morning, apply a sunscreen after. Check out La Roche-Posay's Anthelios suncare at ULTA. Can be used alone or under a moisturizer. Excellent makeup base. If skin is sensitive during first usage, space out applications.

I've used the Retinol before (years ago) in a different strength. Feels good but not seeing much results as of yet. I think because I am in my 60's & it will take longer to work! I will continue to use it & the eye cream. Wish me luck 👍

Im a 53 year old using all types of retinol for the last several years. I've never had peeling or any reactions people talk about with otc retinol. I started slowly with the lowest and worked my way up to 1%...which is this one...have used about three tubes. My skin looked better before using this...might be my life change..but this 1% has done nothing...liked some other brands at .50 which I did see results

Great product! I've been using this for maybe 6 months or so and I love it. I usually use it every other night before my moisturizer and it layers perfectly. Be careful with the packaging though!! Don't manipulate it too much or it will crack - this just happened to me while I was on a plane. I got to the the hotel and realized I had lost quite a bit of the product, so be gentle :)
