Hi. I have thin hair that I home color approx every 8 weeks. I purchased the volume shampoo and volume conditioner. After using it twice both times my hair is soft but lifeless and lies flat. The first wash I let my hair air dry and the second wash I dried it and both times my hair is flat and lifeless and won't hold a curl. Am I using the right shampoo and conditioner? I only wash my hair 3 to 4 times a week and would like to give it maybe one more try but what is the return policy? For the cost of the product I want to be happy with it. Thank you.

- Official Answer By Pureology - BEHi, thanks for your question, based on the information you shared, the Pure Volume line would be the suggestion for your hair type. After shampooing and rinsing with Pure Volume Shampoo, we suggest you try applying a lesser amount of Pure Volume Conditioner, and just the mid lengths and ends only.
