Soak to nourish and moisturize skin: Pour at least 2 cups of Dr Teal's Coconut Oil Soaking Solution with Pure Epsom Salt under warm, running bath water. Soak for 20 minutes, and let the rich minerals relieve and recharge body & mind. Exfoliate your skin: Mix a handful of Dr Teal's Coconut Oil Soaking Solution with Pure Epsom Salt with a handful of your favorite body wash. Gently massage mixture onto skin to slough away dray patches, revealing a healthier-looking complexion.

FABULOUS!
I have dry, sensitive skin, fibromyalgia and Rheumatoid Arthritis and this product with Epson salt for the sore body and coconut oil for the skin was absolutely the best combination for a glorious bath!

Works great but makes my tub dangerous
I pour this under running water and it's mostly dissolved when I get into the bath. What's not dissolved is taken care of quickly by swishing it with my feet when I get in the tub. This stuff smells so good and instantly creates the best relaxing bath! I can't find the matching foaming bath scent lately, which makes me so sad! The two together are like a dreamy vacation!
Great multi purpose product
This Makes an excellent body scrub, and I exfoliate my feet with it (following that up with moisturizer) in addition there's a ton more ways to utilize epsom salt Ive read you can even combine it with a bit of coconut oil to make a lip scrub. I recommend googling additional ways to work with this. Between all the scents I'm a fan of the coconut oil one the most.
