Pour 2 cups under warm, running bath water and soak for 20 minutes.
Hot or warm soaks should not be used by individuals with diabetes, except on advice of physician. For external use only. Do not ingest. Use only as directed. Keep out of the reach of children. Truly calming fragrance
The scent is truly divine. Its not an artificial rose scent or very powerful. Its a powdery rose scent that really helps put you at ease.

I love Dr. Teals! I have eucalyptus and tea tree for the relaxing salt packet. There's vanilla and rose for calming. And, lavender and chammomile for restoring. Soak for 15-20 minutes and you'll be good! Happy Mother's day!
