This gave me the result i was looking finally! It heats up quickly which is great, and I can easily change the temperature. It slides easily on my hair and my curls turn out shiny and smooth. LOVE the handle it's very comfortable to hold. . The barrel twists easily and the cord swivels so no issues with the cird getting tangled. I would definitly recommend it. At this price it's 100% worth it!
Not as hard as it seems
I bought this curling iron after seeing my hair stylist use it. She made it loook so easy and my hair looked amazing when she did it. When I first got it, it was pretty tricky to use and took some getting used to. After watching multiple tutorials on how to properly use it, i love IT so much. The curls come out great and there are so many different ways to use this iron.

WOW! I am in love with this Hot Tools Professional Curling Iron!! I will only purchase this brand and kind moving forward. It works amazing. I have thick long hair and I can fit 1 piece of my long hair in this curling iron easily. It fits. This Black Gold 1" Marcel Curling Iron has a locking and rotating Marcel wand. I like that's it has settings up to 455 degrees F. It has a locking and rotating handle as well. I like how it also has a very comfortable grip that most other curling irons doesn't have. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a crisp and beautiful curl. It gets hot fast! It is 24K Gold with Titanium and Ceramic with Micro Shine Finish. Amazing!!

This curling iron is really awesome. The Marcel style takes some getting used to for sure--you have to control the clamp entirely with your hand (no spring). I am not the best at curling my hair, but I was able to do at least a decent job on my first try. The one complaint I have is that the temperature dial is fairly loose (easy to turn) so I kept accidentally changing it as I used it.

The Hot Tools Professional Black Gold curling iron truly is a professional curling iron. I cannot believe how good it works. I promise you this iron will not leave a crimp mark on your hair ever. It heats up extremely fast, which is nice when you are in a hurry. I keep the heat set at 345 degrees, which is the perfect setting for my thin hair. Both the wand and the handle rotate, and they can both be locked in place as well. I love the swivel cord. You can pretty much use the iron at any angle and get a great curl.
