Before Use: Twist the tip of the pencil to desired length, avoid twisting too far to prevent breakage.
Precision Look:
- LINE: Apply the thinnest side of the flat-edge tip of the eyeliner along the lash line.
- DEFINE: To perfect, use the tip of the angled built-in brush to control the eyeliner extension to create a cat eye look.
Smoky Look:
- LINE: Apply the thicker side of the flat-edge tip of the eyeliner along the lash line.
- DEFINE: Use the wider side of the built-in angled brush to blend and soften any harsh lines.
After Use: Twist the tip of the pencil back into the tube and snap the cap shut to keep the formula creamy.

Not repurchase
I got this in the mauve color bc I wanted a more plum look. I didn't bother with the testers bc let's face it, they sit for a while with no lid so not a fair comparison. I got mine about a week ago so I tried on my hand 1st as I do with all pencil liners to warm up before apply to my eyes. Jeez, this was impossible! For the price point I expected a much better product than this. Your eye is a sensitive area & I'm not dragging this across it. Don't waste your money!

I really enjoy using the Power Line Lasting Eyeliner and cannot believe it lasts all day and night!
echoing the dried out and breaks off too easily :(
I liked the idea of the rectangle shape so I thought it was worth a shot, I also needed a new angled brush, so two birds, one stone-- the brush is nice, the eyeliner though, is not :( The formula is so dry, I can't even get it to transfer to my eye lid.
