It definitely plumps, and it's more of a sweet mint chocolate chip scent instead of a spearmint that I usually get from plumping glosses. Nice gloss, didn't give a plump
The gloss looks super fancy and truly "icy". While I love the shine it gave, I didn't see any significant plump on my lips. The product feels cold for the first 7ish minutes and also has a tint to it. Overall, as I don't care too much about a plump, I love this gloss!!
