- Dry hands prior to use.
- Place one strip on upper teeth just below the gum line.
- Gently press strip onto naturally moistened teeth until sealed in place. If strip does not adhere, continue to moisten teeth with tongue before reapplying strip with dry fingers.
- Repeat for lower teeth.
- Allow about 10 minutes for strip to dissolve. No rinsing or removal necessary! For best results, avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after treatment.
Precautions: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Will whiten natural teeth only. Not recommended for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women. I'm giving this product a 4-star rating, but I have some concerns. While it works incredibly well, I didn't notice a significant difference between these strips and the regular blue ones. The biggest issue is that you only get ONE strip per package. This means you end up using twice as many strips, which feels quite frustrating. We still have both upper and lower rows of teeth, so it doesn't make sense to pay more for less product. It feels like a pricing strategy that just doesn't add up. I genuinely love the results, but if I'm going to pay a premium, I'd rather stick with Crest products, which provide a sufficient amount for all my teeth.

I have been using moon whitening strips for over two years now. I prefer them to other brands because they don't cause me as much sensitivity. I did enjoy this product as it does what it is supposed to do, however out of all the Moon whitening strips it is my least favorite but only due to have fast it starts to dissolve. I prefer using the strips with my moon whitening devise and because the dissolve so quickly it was hard to do so because the strips would get caught on my lips when I tried to insert the mouthpiece. So, I just used these strips without it but other than that it is a truly great product and for not dissolving so quickly I would have given it 5 stars.
