this review will not make a difference as most other reviews are 5 star. I've been using this product for four weeks. Have seen absolutely 0 improvements. So disappointed as my eager spirit was very excited just to see no change. Though I am aware not every product will be 100% for 100% of consumers...

I ordered this product two days ago and got a notice today that it was $10 more and they would be charging my account. I called to find out more about this unethical action, but it is impossible to talk to a live person. You're on hold forever and it is an endless loop. I like the product, but there are plenty of other good serums out there.

I have used this product for years, and its delightful scent (the whole Plantscriptions line) was one of the main reasons I loved it, along with its efficacy. But my most recent purchase seems different -- the scent is not as distinct, and it seems bland. The packaging is different (solid lime green bottle now) -- have you also changed the scent formulation? I honestly will not be as inclined to buy it, if so...it's expensive, and that was such a key element of why I liked it so much. Interested to know what happened...
