Smooth glossy lip plumper that's not sticky
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I really like how smooth and lightweight the Revlon PhotoReady instant plump serum feels on the limps. The texture is silky and hydrating without being sticky, and it gives a pretty glossy shine that makes lips look fuller. The plumping effect is subtle but noticeable and it feels comfortable to wear throughout the day it's great on its own or layered over lipstick for extra shine.

The color isn't too intense and goes on more like between an oil and a gloss. The product was not tacky and hydrated my lips to where it was very comfortable to wear. You get a good amount of product and the tingling feeling is perfect. Highly recommend!
