Loved this product!

I've been using The Ordinary PHA 5% Exfoliating Lip Serum for a few weeks now and I'm honestly impressed. The texture is lightweight and absorbs quickly without feeling sticky or heavy, which is perfect for everyday use. After just a few applications, I noticed my lips felt smoother and looked more ...

My mother is extremely ill and on oxygen. Her lips were so dry, they scabbed after long term O2 usage even tho I kept them coated constantly. One application of this healed, smoothed and hydrated her lips! You could almost watch it happen in real time. I highly recommend!!

I'm really disappointed that this product didn't give me the results that it claims and that everyone else seems to be having. I've been using this for at least 2 weeks and I don't see a difference in the appearance of my dry, cracked, crater lips. Sure my lips look better in the morning after the night I use it, but the following day my lips are back to square one. I'm not sure if this is a product I should be using every single night and I use hydrating lip products throughout the day, so I'm at a loss on what to do. Physical exfoliation is too rough.

Goodbye white line

The ordinary lip serum is a powerhouse. I have only been using it for a day or two and there is a noticeable difference. When i use certain lip glosses, i get a white line after a little while. By using this i have not gotten one the past 2 days. My lips feel smoother, hydrated, and plumped. For me, the only downsides are the packaging, it is in a dropper like most ordinary products. You need very little, so i think a cotton applicator would have made all the difference. I use the dropper and lightly brush it on my lip instead of using the dropper, or a q tip. Especially as the cooler months are approaching us, im excited to see the results that this delivers
