    How To Use

    To draw the perfect line, gently pull the outer edge of your upper eyelid to create a smooth and even canvas. Next, use the eyeliner to trace your upper lash line, staying as close to the eyelash roots as possible. Start from the inner corner of the eye and work your way out. For a bit more of a graphic liner look, you can either add a wing to the outer corner of your eye or apply some Covergirl eyeliner to the waterline to create a radiant and contrasting allure.

    Can this be used on the waterline/tightline?

    I have used the grey khaki shade for years and it was the perfect shade for me because I have "salt and pepper " hair. I have not been able to find it lately. When I went on line it is not available. Please make it again.

    I don't typically write reviews that are bad but had to take the time for this one. Its awful. It breaks off when I apply it. Most of it has went to the trash. When I do get it applied to my eyes it does not last all day. Avoid!

    Got new out of packaging, tried to use the bottom and click to get product out the top and it didn't work. Kept twisting, it kept clicking with nothing coming out. Finally took it apart and now have to manually use the spring to push product up. It's worthless, falls apart and crumbles if you even try to apply to your eye. I think more of the product ends up in the sink bec I can't get the tip of the liner to stay on when using. Worse eyeliner I've used
