To draw the perfect line, gently pull the outer edge of your upper eyelid to create a smooth and even canvas. Next, use the eyeliner to trace your upper lash line, staying as close to the eyelash roots as possible. Start from the inner corner of the eye and work your way out. For a bit more of a graphic liner look, you can either add a wing to the outer corner of your eye or apply some Covergirl eyeliner to the waterline to create a radiant and contrasting allure.
