How to neutralize unwanted brassiness: Wet hair & shampoo bar, then "paint" on from lengths to ends for even toning. Massage into a lather; let sit for 1-3 minutes for desired toning intensity. Rinse & repeat as needed. You can also use it as a leave-in conditioner.

My hair is white, fine, thinning and chin length. On my first use the shampoo really got my hair clean. I'm not used to that. I always have felt that my hair had product residue left in it before I added more conditioner. Then I used the conditioner. Wasn't sure how to use so I just rubbed my wet hands over the conditioner bar a couple of times and then put it on the lower part of my hair. Let it work for a couple of minutes before rinsing. Works wonderfully! Hair is shiny and not frizzy. Nicely conditioned without heaviness. I like it so much that I bought a set for my daughter. Last point is that it is cost effective. You don't use much and you don't throw away another plastic bottle. Total win!
