I just started with the duo traveling pack and so far so good. My question is if I purchase both this bottle and the healthy V vitamin bottle, do I take it the same way? The packet carries 1 of each capsules. Or do I have to take more of each or either. This bottle says to take 2. Sorry if this doesnt make sense!

Caused vaginal irritation
Took it for 3 weeks to replace the Culturelle 4 in 1 probiotics that I have before then I started having vaginal irritation. Never have it with the Culturelle, so I stop. Regret it for this purchased.
