Felt Tips? Worst Idea.
I've bought three of these in varying shades, and the tips are awful and dry out before I can even apply it to one lip. I'm constantly disappointed in the felt tip lip stains. I have to spend twice the time just covering my lips, by the time some of it has set in some areas so it looks patchy/darker...

just not great - drys out
For me this is not a good fit because it drys out very quickly. You do 1 swipe and its already done that you have to shake the pencil and keep it upside down to make sure you get more liquid. The color is great so that's why I'm giving it a 2 out of 5. I store this upside down to allow the max color and liquid to the pen and it still drys out after 2 swipes on the lips. The color Admire is great for someone that ones a hint of color that's not to crazy but berry undertones for everyday use.

CoverGirl's Outlast Lip Stain is an amazing affordable lip stain. I love them so much, I have three colors now! They are so affordable too. The pen‑style applicator makes application precise and fool‑proof. It's perfect as a liner or full lip tint. The color payoff is rich and buildable. It lasts on my lips all day. Although, after having a greasy meal, the lip stain does fade a bit and I did have to re apply but it was still there! It's super lightweight, I barely feel it on my lips! The color "Natural Blush" is a gorgeous dark nude shade that I think would look beautiful on all skin tones. I highly recommend them!
