Hello Again Beauties! Liquid supplement products are starting to gain momentum in the health care industry finally. We have so many advancements in technology that can allow us better and more bioavailability to our supplement world. The Revive Collagen brand comes in two formulations with a 28-...day Premium Liquid Marine Collagen Drink Supplement and the Revive Collagen Enhanced Plus Supplement. The two formulations each host their on unique ingredients and flavors. The Revive Collagen Enhanced Plus 28-day Premium Liquid Marine Collagen Drink Supplement boasts a cocktail of 8,500mg of hydrolyzed marine collagen in combination with hyaluronic acid and aloe vera. The formulation allows for quick and effective absorption of collagen into our bodies. As we age, the overall collagen production slows down and will need some additional support to keep our bodies feeling and looking youthful. The Revive Collagen products both facilitated noticeable results in three categories I was monitoring: Skin, Hair, and Nails, Energy and Sleep. I started the testing with a full two weeks of the 28-day Enhanced Plus Supplement. I reasoned that the Enhanced Plus formulation with 10,000mg of Hydrolysed Marine Collagen would act as catalyst to getting my collagen levels boosted quicker because of its increased amount of collagen. I then switched to the Premium and would supplement twice a week with an Enhanced Plus as a booster to my maintenance collagen regiment. Within the month's time of using the product, I noticed very exciting results. My hair, skin and nails, all looked beautiful. My skin started to actually look radiant. I looked probably 5 years more youthful. For the first time since my pregnancy, I had strong evenly growing nails. My hair stopped shedding in clumps and started to really look healthy. I noticed a drastic increase in energy levels. So much so that my body started to crave and cue itself to want to take the liquid collagen shot. I was sleeping amazingly though the night. The first two weeks were amazing. I used the Enhanced product with ease. I just added the shot to a mixture of 6oz of cranberry grape juice diluted with water. Wham BAM thank you ma'am, I was fully charged with 10,000mg of collagen with a cocktail of retinol, keratin and B vitamins that my body was needing. The taste of the Enhanced liquid collagen was easily masked with juice and water. However, when I moved into using the Premium collagen, I had some real struggles with both the smell and taste. It took me about 5 days to find a concoction that masked the fishy taste and smell. At one point during trails, I had to pour out the supplement because it was so bad. Finally, I bought a Strawberry Lemonade flavored sports drink and poured 3 oz of it with 3oz of water to try the Premium shot. At this point, the mixture became tolerable. There a many pros to this product. The product does work and gives results. However, there is a lot of room for improvement to make this product a staple in households across America. 1. The product is packaged for a 28 day supply. So, if you intend to take daily, then you are on the hook to buy an extra months supply to make up the 2 per month shortage. 2. The product is packaged in individual shots. From my experience, consumers are looking for more sustainable ways of packaging. Maybe the product could do bottles that are sent back in and refilled. The liquid could be dosed daily from the bottle. The packets then could be sold in a smaller quantity for the travel occasions or on-the-go bags for backup doses. 3. The product is strictly being marketed for those that identify female. I could see how this could make many looking to have a quality collagen supplement feel excluded. 4. The taste of the Premium versus the Enhanced is considerably worse. If a person were to try the Premium version first due to costs, I could see them not continuing with the product. 5. Even though the company has done a remarkable job keeping their product free of many chemicals, the product is still using animal product to source its collagen. It would be amazing for the company to try to be the best source of non-animal bioavailable collagen. However, I do think the product has the potential to be the go to collagen supplement of choice internationally.
