Love it!
I love trying purple shampoos. I have to admit I probably have 6 different kinds in my shower. I'm so glad I got to test this Kristin Ess purple shampoo since I love this product line. First off the smell is great!! Love the bottle, easy to pop open and pour cap , and the perfect size. This shampoo ...

PURPLE HAIR
I used this product and I could tell in the shower that it was already turning my hair more gray/purple with one wash and I was happy about that. UNTIL I started blow drying my hair and I could see that my freshly colored blonde hair had turned purple! It took several days to fade out, but it did fa...

Be cautious
This literally burnt my scalp and I read other reviews that stated the same thing. I couldnt even put my hair up because it hurt so bad.
Works, but very drying for fine hair.
I am a natural blonde and can only use this with a moisturizing shampoo otherwise it leaves my hair very dry and stripped. I have oily hair on the scalp & dry ends. It does work decently for a purple shampoo, but I think that others work better. Yes, it's affordable, but I think that with this sometimes you get what you pay for.
Great for toning and amazing smell

Haven't really found a purple shampoo (especially drugstore) that tones and brightens my hair like this one. The smell is amazing too and it lingers in your hair for days. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is unfortunately, I think it does fade my color faster than other shampoos. I still buy it to use when I need a little brighten/tone though, while using my Kevin Murphy shampoo (a color safe shampoo) all the other times I wash.
Probably fine

To me this was alright. I can't really say if it worked or not. I had blonde streaks in my hair, so I would use this to help tone it. I felt it didn't do much, but it might have helped a little bit throughout me having the streaks.
SO Drying
I will say, this shampoo does its job: it eliminates brass and leaves my highlighted hair much brighter. Unfortunately, it also leaves my hair a tangled mess. I am on the hunt for a new purple shampoo because this one is far too drying and damaging to continue using long-term.
